Pastor Billy is the lead pastor of Houston Road Church. He has served in ministry for over 30 years, He and his wife have three children and three grandchildren. Pastor Billy has ministered across the nation as well as Lima, Peru. His vision is to share the hope of Jesus Christ and to release people into the destiny God has for them.

In the four years they have served at HRC many new families have come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord! New vision, new passion, greater anointing!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Morais Cassel and his wife Diane moved here from Albany, NY to help lead in ministry here at HRC.
